Exhaustion
«

Anyone else suffer from complete exhaustion which makes even doing simple household tasks impossible?
i have had loads of blood tests and they are all fine, so I'm presuming it must be menopause!

Annie - was the fatigue all the time ? And was it so bad that all you could do was sit down all day?

I really struggled. By afternoon I HAD to nap but it wasn't a restful nap, I'd still feel rubbish when I woke up. I had no energy for work, housework, anything really x

Hi Annie I'm exhausted but I don't want to sleep. I'm not tired as in sleepy, just got no energy at all. X

Absolutely!!!
I get it when my oestrogen level is low- I can barely move, feel flat and want to sleep continually.
It gets better when I increase my HRT dose- I can function eg go to work or housework or out socially.
BUT have to agree with Annie0710, since I added testosterone into the mix I actually feel energised and almost raring to go, long may it last!

thanks Salad. I think my oestrogen levels are low and I am waiting for the HRT to do its work.
