Thank you all - this is a great site for advice. The hrt I'm on seems to be working in every other way so I will speak to the GP about a localised cream for lady bits. I have to add it's not in my vagina itself - more around back passage. I been using Prep H as it helps but definitely don't have haemorrhoids so prob not good to use - but I will ask for something more suitable! I have an appointment this afternoon
