Utrogestan or provera ?

I have an appointment tomorrow with my GP and due to the femseven sequi  not staying put im going to ask for estradot    ( if it's in stock) and a separate progesterone but the dilemma is which one ?
Would love you ladies to help me make up my mind

Are you taking it cyclically or continuously? I would always recommend progesterone ie utrogestan as having the best safety profile but depends on your age and stage and how long you feel you want to take it for. Utrogestan can have strong sedative effect if taken orally. Provera is a synthetic progestogen. I've taken utrogestan cyclically ( long cycle) vaginally for 6 years quite happily - although I don't look forward to the utro stage as it makes me tired.

I really liked the femseven too but ive used 3 months worth in just 4 weeks !!
One of my ADs is quite sedating so I don't fancy being zonked. You also use estradot don't you ? I'm thinking of asking for this but heard it can be hard to get hold of. I might just have to ring my chemist too see what he has got lol
