First Mona Lisa Treatment
« on: March 29, 2017, 07:40:34 PM »

Had first one today , next in a month.

So.....gynae said even though I LOOK good internally, that she could tell I was still very dry ( baring in mind HRT / estring ) because turning the laser she could feel the dryness , no pain at all internally.

Externally, one mass of scar tissue ( again look ok ) however the scars are so tight and atrophied no amount of HRT will help , so all those areas where laserered , vestibule , perinium back to anus as I have three big scars , which she could see were all very unhappy.

It was bareable outside , tolerable .

I should not expect any difference with the first one or two , not to put anything on the area for three days just fresh air.

I have taken a antihistamine tonight to stop me touching in my sleep hopefully, as it's a zzzzzz one.

I obviously really hope this works , as my VA is at the end of the road , if it doesn't I will still be glad I tried .

I no people personally via friend of a friend who are really pleased with it , so we shall see, and I shall keep you updated for those who are interested.

What they NEVER told us ay. 😥

Window open all night , with butt facing it and no covers , as it's all a bit 🔥down there at the mo , nubby had a look and said I look like a lobster 😊

I expected all this , so just get on with it , skirts and no pants regardless of temperature, and ping on all fours so it doesn't touch the raw skin.

Thanks for the flowers . X

Hope you had a peaceful night and the fresh air is doing its work.
Just read the bit about your scars - are they VA related, or old childbirth injuries??

Childbirth scars , as we age they pull , tighten the whole area.

Slept all night yes 😊

Pain no more than usual so that's good , hubby looked I daren't , said it looks like nappy rash.

Chatting to ladies last night on a FB group I am on , and they could be happier with the final results, one lady had gone 3 years without sex , now having sex again and had a pain free smear .

She is in the over 50s maga this month called " choice" she's a journalist, it's called " the last taboo "

I have been in contact with her. If this work I will go public with it , as I am very passionate about women's Vaginal health , and this procedure is very expensive, and that is not far.

Wonderful news, Maryjane! If I develop any issues 'down there' I will definitely be having the MLT. It's the way forward for sure - my NHS Gynae says it's about time they were rolled out in all NHS clinics too as he has a dedicated Monday clinic just for VA and associated issues. Keep us posted on your progress! xxxx

Hi Tempest also.

No photos , can't face it.

Next time the zapper is turned up 😳 But for the first time in 4 years I have a tiny bit of moisture 😊

Walking like JW , neighbours asked what was wrong , I said I have had my vagina lazered. No shame . They no of my wows.

As my gynae said we have got to start talking vaginas if we want change , as these issues are huge.
