My pleasure, ladies!
Don't you think that good information is the clue to help us cope with the hormonal/ageing ride? Regarding menopause, most times I feel like a guinea pig, it would be wonderful to perform the scientist/researcher instead

Hello ER!
Not yet
Chest congestion and asthma... yesterday had a migraine with aura attack. The aura lasted for about half an hour, it has never lasted that long... took one dipyrone effervescent tablet and an ice pack on top of the head. No known triggers this time!

I'm sorry for you. I've found that just being under the weather with virus etc can be a trigger. Developed a lurgy last week which triggered a mig each day. It's very easy for a headache to just tip over the edge, especially for those susceptible. Hope you feel better soon xx

You're probably right, this particular virus seems to be a nasty one, and my poor immnue system is another possible culprit... and ageing! Thanks for caring, you're always so lovely!
