CLKD - this sounds like it's most likely cholinergic urticaria. It can be mild or serious, and can come and go. Both myself and another member have suddenly been plagued with serious urticaria when menopause hit. Mine resolved after my oopherectomy, strangely!

I can categorically say........ HORMONES!! >:(

Mega mind..my cousin mentioned sjogren disorder as 4 members of my family have auto immune disorders..can I ask how they diagnosed it as the symptoms match mine and lymphoma..I've got a doctors appt Monday to arrange for full blood test then possible biopsy on my lymph node so if I'm armed with more info that would help.  It's typical that years ago these awful symptoms were told it's not start of peri it's nothing and now they're saying there's no need for further tests as although the symptoms mimic lymphoma and sjogren theyve now decided it's probably just peri...God I give up

Thanks megamind just got to do blood tests to eliminate lymphoma and I'll mention sjogrens.  Thanks for your help
