Feel like I'm having a period after two years.

I have been period free for just over two years, not on hrt, just vagifem. Getting the dreaded night sweats again. The last two days I've had cramps, lower back pain and bloating. Does anyone know if this is normal and just happens every once in a while?

Hi there, nice to hear from you!  It may be your hormones having a party but it is advised that is a lady has been period free for 2 years, that she should visit her Practice Nurse/GP if she has a bleed.  An internal scan may be required to see if there are fibroids etc. that may require attention, again triggered by hormones having a final fling - my polyp for example bled on contact, once I became peri it shrivelled on it's own  ::)
