Vaginal oestrogen (Vagifem) and vaginal moisturisers ( e.g Sylk) are what you need. Washes are just for cleaning. Avoid anything scented on the ‘lady bits'

I have been know to use dermol, if sore or itchy. ;)  It was recommended to my husband by dermatologist, and I read somewhere that it was good for vulval problems.

My gynaecologist recommended using vagisil intimate wash to balance the ph levels. She mentioned that ladies used to bathe in vinegar to balance ph levels many years ago!

Simple products, tepid water and no knickers!
