Tea
« on: October 03, 2016, 04:51:37 PM »

Has anyone tried Daily Cultures Tea?  It is supposed to be good for you the same as the yoghurts with the Cultures in them.
I don't like yoghurt, so I've bought a box to try. They get good reviews.

Ooh let us know, please! I'm supposed to avoid dairy products, so an alternative would be great.

Teabags.  One a day is supposed to be enough to provide all the good bacteria you need.  Tried one yesterday, they taste like ordinary tea. (PG Tips etc).

Oh, I hate ordinary tea. Nor does it like me! I suppose if it worked, then I would drink it very quickly!
