Hi ladies
has anyone had a consultation with John Stevenson? I´m thinking of making an appointment for next month but just wondered if there were any opinions out there.

grumpyjane, I hadn't heard of him but I've just read his website and I think he sounds like a good option.  Please let us know how you get on because members are always keen to get feedback on menopause specialists.

Not sure if I´ll make see him or not. I now have an NHS meno clinic appointment - at last! - with Prof Janice Rymer at Guys. Will see how I get on with her and if I feel I need to will go and see Dr Stevenson. I checked out his fees and he´s rather more affordable than John Studd (currently 250 1st appt, 200 follow-up, around 230 for tests). Will let you know.
