Hi sonka, I have taken FemsevenConti for 18 months and have always felt good on it. The dose of estradiol is 50mg which is classed as a medium dose I believe.
I am 58 years old and 6 years post meno and so was put on this to avoid a bleed. However, for the past 6 months I have been having a bit of a discharge from time to time and I think this is due to me not absorbing enough progesterone from the patch.
If you are still having periods I wouldn't have thought a Conti patch was the way to go but maybe your consultant is trying to ease your bleeds.
I think the 2mg you are taking is equivalent in dosage to the Femseven  :)

Good luck, hope it suits you too!  I like the fact it only needs changing once a week, so it's stick it on and forget it basically☺

linz57 - sonka says she has endometriosis so a conti HRT will provide continuous progestogen and I think should help prevent build up of this I think?

Good luck with it sonka!
