Hi Margerer

I took it for about 4 months and found it really helped with my dry eyes, however I stopped using it as its not a good idea to use it long term, it gave me stomach trouble, more heartburn and sometimes nausea.

I have been taking Sea Buckthorn Oil as Omega 7 for around 6 months now and I find it really helps with dry eyes. I also have blood pressure issues. I initially took 2 capsules twice each day for one week (although the packet suggested two weeks) and then reduced it to two capsules in the morning because of the cost. They have not affected the efficacy of my blood pressure medicines. I buy my capsules from the very well known website (named after a river).
