Just got some gel from the gp put a new patch on last night 50mcg I dont need progesterone should I take the patch off and start the gel today or wait until the patch runs out been told to use two pumps .

Hi as I understand it its all estrogen just a different method of delivery so shouldn't matter what you choose to do ,you might just absorb one better than other .
