Can anyone recommend a good book?

from reading your posts it would seem that a number of factors can contribute to anxiety or low moods including lack of sleep or nutrition.

Can anyone recommend a good book for understanding peri / Meno and how best to manage it....?

The wisdom of menopause or the madwoman in the Volvo have been my favourites x o far sooby....the second has been a favourite...totally relate.....it seems that menopause is a spiritual journey too.....can't wait to get through this....hope you're good  :)x
