…….. I find heartburn can be eased by not taking my medication too early to going to bed otherwise I get reflux and heartburn. If it continues then I take 'rennies' or 'milk of magnesia' …….. Himself was prescribed Omeneprozal (sp) which he took for a couple of years then symptoms went. Fortunately.
Eating bland foods can help as can eating little and often. Some people find milk eases symptoms, for me

. Spicey food stuffs can cause indigestion. Ginger can aide digestion. It also helps motion sickness symptoms apparently.
