Could someone tell me I have been changing my patch on Fridays and Mondays but forgot and dident change till Saturday do I still change it tonight or wait until tomorrow Tuesday ?

Did the same thing this weekend too.

I usually continue to change on my normal days and not had any problems

If you miss a day then just change it 4 days later , that will put you on a new schedule though , it wont hurt to change it on your regular day.

Information sheet says change it when you remember and then change it again on your regular day.

I don't really understand why they say this so if I forget I tend to change my regular day to a different one....

I have reminders set in my phone and if I forget I just change the day of the reminder. To be honest many of my days are a menopausal blur so there is no reason for me to stick to any particular day of the week as I only remember when my phone reminds me
