I forgot a few days utro, so i didnt take it days 19-22 of cycle cos i had a stressful event it messed stuff up regarding remembering utro.
I have suspected adhd which also adds to it.
I am on day 24 of my cycle now.
I didn't take utro on day 15 or 16 of my cycle, as i forgot, but i thought i could just take it on days 27 and 28
I forgot about it totally last month.
I take utro vaginally and this post is just to say, should i keep taking the utro this cycle or should i just not bother?
As I am bleeding, does that mean I have started a new cycle today?
Without these errors, monday 26th would normally be day 1 of my new cycle.
The last day of my cycle is 25th october.
