Dont know if this is the right place to post but i would really love the cool-jams are they
available in the UK as prices are in dollars

Don't know but maybe ladies who have bought cooling clothing will be along.  You could look at UK outdoor/walking shops who sell 'wicking' clothing ……. some for Winter, some designed for Summer.  Most are separates which can be used a jammas.  I use them when camping
