After reading a few things about the benefits I have decided to try it, mainly due to not sleeping well and palpitations i seem to get quite often, these make me feel anxious which in turn make me feel worse!!! I am also taking evening primrose oil and rose hip, I am sure I am in preimenopause, so I am after any advice, thoughts experiences with taking magnesium, I have broke a tablet in half so taken 50mg for first time today
