I've suddenly been struck with bad anxiety. I have always been anxious but have somehow coped, this seems very different. It's more intense. My period started yesterday, after missing one, so maybe that is it. It's not very nice though. I feel like I am trembling inside, my knees feel like jelly and my arms feel weak. It's horrible. No need to reply, just wanted to get it out of my system

And me - I have been an anxious wreck; all over the place! There are many of us going through the same thing so you have our sympathy

It's so frustrating that all you wonderful women and myself are suffering like this. So unfair ....really wish we could have a convention lol

It starts below my belly button. Then my thighs go weak followed by my shins feeling like jelly. Then my arms go weak and my head starts 'what if this never ends'
. Add to that feeling queasy then as the day goes on and I can't eat, light headed ………
Knowing that it's hormones doesn't help when the physicality hits …….
