I find that I'm really cold on an evening, I thought I should be hot all of the time but I'm freezing! I do wake up in the night sometimes really sweating but other than that I'm so cold I have to have an extra blanket. I feel that only a hot bath can help to warm me up so with the Epsom salts too I love it!

I think my anxiety may have lifted slightly today too. I'm hoping this may be the start of an improvement with that, praying it lasts.

Thank you for all of your support ladies x

I've been cold in between the hot flushes too, but I have found a bath helps.  Also a hot water bottle - I stick one right at the bottom of the bed, so if I wake up cold I can fish it up again - it doesn't cause hot flushes as long as it is in the bottom half of the bed  ::)
