Just saying Hi really. I'm new to this site and read your post. I too am perimenopausal (I'm 45 now though started when 44). It's all a bit of a trial! My main problems are brain drain and just feeling under the weather a lot of the time. I just wanted to reach out and say I really get how hard all this is, and know where you're coming from!
