Info on magnesium
« on: January 22, 2015, 09:33:41 AM »

Hi all

Just wondered if you would find this interesting.  Magnesium is one of my favourite supplements and as you will see from this article many of the deficiency symptoms mirror those of meno.

thank you!
I had no idea it was a bad idea to take calcium and magnesium at the same time.
I take 250mg magnesium a day - just the H&B one. I don't know which ones are the best?

I tend to buy Healthspan mainly as they are cheaper than HB.  The quality is also excellent. The ones I take are 375mg, with vitamin B complex.
