Ah, that makes so much sense? Last month I had terrible insomnia followed by awful anxiety for a couple of days on days 7-9 of my cycle. Then within hours my mood rose again, and I felt perfectly fine for the next 2 weeks or so. And exactly the same insomnia and anxiety this month, on days 7-9. Then like clock work my mood improved very quickly as I went into day 10, and has been good and stable for last few days.
It cannot be coincidence, can it?
And what's with the shivering??? I'm usually really warm blooded!
