Thanks Cassie, for the encouragement.  I know I need to give it a while.  I suspect my own hormones are still giving me jip at the moment anyway.   I think I may try applying at night then - would I just do that tomorrow night or would that cause more fluctuations (as been using mornings)?

Do you mind me asking what age you started using the Oestrogel, Cassie?
