I am getting on much better with Femseven now, as have developed a technique which works at least some of the time. I sit on my patch for about 20 minutes in bed, still in packaging to warm it up, then stick it on and hold in place with warm palm of my hand. I take less baths and more showers. I just wish I had been on this one before, as Evorel was horrendous for me in terms of mood swings and headaches. This one is brilliant.
