Evening ladies,
As some will no i have had a hard time finding a suitable HRT.
Bottom line is im going to go for a Estrogen tablet and i no im ok with UTROGESTAN to take for the 12-14 days.
What im wondering is this dose not seem as common as other HRT like nuvelle ect. Why is this?
Any advice on the different types as im totally baffled by it all?
I really appreciate the help i get on here and although read threw other problems i feel like i can never really help as don't no enough and have not had many great experiences to advise.
Hopefully some day i can help back as i have been helped off others x x x

Utrogestan is usually taken as 200mg for a sequi regime and 100 for a conti so I presume as you are taking it for only 12-14 days it will be the higher dose.

Think that is right....Well it's the way I did it and I tried both sequi and conti regimes before I decided it did not suit me.

xOops read that again...is it the dose of oestrogen you are looking for. Can only say what I took and it was evorel 50 patch.

Thanks so much for reply, yes ive tried the patch and gel but no good, i have ME so chemical sensitivity is making it a nightmare.
I just wonder why the tablet is not that common? xx

Have a look at the green menu under oestrogen only and then you will see what's available to you.

HB_ no that is not necessarily so. My specialist has suggested either 15 or 21 days of 100mgs as part of sequential HRT and some members here are taking 12 days @ 100mgs sequentially.

Off to the doctors later and still none the wiser, im so fed up just cant stop crying, i really dont no how much i can take with HRT. xx

If you look  to the left under HRT preparations you will find the details of about a dozen different estrogen only tablets.
