I agree with the above.
I had most of your symptoms before I started on HRT. (not so much the achey joints - but the insomnia and hot spells and definitely the anxiety side of it

I decided to go down the HRT route personally as my quality of life was at floor level

-nxiety has gone right down plus I took on board the positive health benefits of HRT instead of any negative ones and made my own personal decision.
I'm not quite sorted yet but I feel I'm on the road to being!
And my anxiety has gone right down, which was my main concern!
