I started using Ladycare out of desperation!!  Anxiety attacks followed by intense internal heat - didn't think I would get any more menopause symptoms as last period was 4 years ago.  Sleep very poor etc etc.  Starting taking Well Women 50 plus supplements and the Ladycare magnet.  Vast improvement - all I can say is that it works for me.

Hi Firewalker - I've been taking the Goto Kola - 20 drops three times a day and feel a bit better already, however I have noticed that my urine is an orangey shade now and wondered if you found the same? Sorry to share but got no one else to ask!
