I'm at my wits end with this meno lark -its too long a journey and I want to get OFF - the feeling dizzy and nauseous is TOOO much - when does it ever end??
Does anyone know what an Adrenal Cocktail is and if so has anyone ever tried it with any success??

What treatment R U on menopauslalways?  Is the dizziness on movement; when you lay down; sit up ......... have you had your blood pressure taken sitting and standing?  MayB ask your GP?

Adrenal cocktail is

half teaspoon of cream of tartair (Tesco)
quarter teaspoon sea salt
Squeeze lemon juice
fresh orange juice

Whilst growing up I was never engaged with my internal organs other than around my periods.  In later years I looked up the various bits and pieces inside, it's quite a jungle in there  no wonder it gets out of kilter!
