So what do you plan to do in order to pick yourself up?  R U losing weight?  My advice is to ring your surgery and ask for a GP/Nurse 2 talk to you, have a list of your worries to hand.  My GP weighs me twice a year when I visit for meds review.  I rarely step on the scales between times.  It is scary to feel as you do so important that you speak to a professional today.  When I felt ill I would go to the Waiting Room and sit for a while but in lockdown that isn't an option so do phone to tell them.  That way you can move forwards with support.
