I am trying to go through the menopause as naturally as possible. Not sure if that will work, but trying!
I have now started with short very hot sweats and I have also started to have a feeling of dread. It is horrible. I feel like I am a very closed space and I am dying. It is horrible but again, it doesn't last long. I am worried it will get worse though.
I am 52 and been at college doing a counselling course for the last 3 years and going to start my level 4 and need to find a placement in a counselling agency by the end of this year and I am worrying because I have lost my concentration and I will be writing essays that have to be over 1500 words!
Plus I have my day job and I can't get on with that.
Is there any healthy alternatives I can try. I am vegan and have been for years and can't go on the HRT because of what it is made from.
I have been told Black Cohosh is good and then I was told it made one lady ill. I know it is finding something that suits you but I have no idea what to look at.
