When I was using patches for IVF I could never keep them on - my consultant advised using Softpore or Hypafix surgical adhesive tape over the top, which I could buy on Amazon.
He said it was because they were designed for much older ladies who weren't very active and didn't wash very often!
This worked, although I wouldn't entertain it as a long term solution.
I may revisit patches when I am bedbound and having a bath twice a week, otherwise it's pills for me!
