Bad anxiety & fatigue
« on: July 09, 2024, 11:38:25 AM »

Hi all does anyone else get fatigue so bad you feel you’ve not slept? Also severe anxiety? Particularly in the morning? I’m 17 days off Utrogestan (continuous for 3 months) got appointment for Mirena end of the month but this is killing me! I’m on estraderm 100 patch also.
I did post similar before but I’m feeling desperate!

Did U get advice B4  :-\.   Anxiety levels can fluctuate along with hormone upheaval, many note that they feel worse.  My bad times were from 3.30 a.m. through to middle of the afternoon sometimes.   :'(

My GP prescribed Propranolol to ease any early morning surges when Cortisol kicked in.

Thank you! Before people said it could be Utrogestan withdrawal but it’s 17 days now so can’t be that still surely? Then I wondered could stopping it can affect estrogen? I’m on 100 the highest they’ll give me I’m wondering if I’m on too much or too little?

I am having similar, anxiety at work and really tired. Think it might be cortisol as that seemed wonky so trying to sort that out at the moment
