Hi Ladies,
Does anyone get worse migraines and headaches?,
Mine have definitely got worse during perimenopause and more frequent. Any tips on how to relieve them at all?. :-\

Hi!  It is known that during peri-menopause headaches/migraine symptoms may increase.  How have you been during your menstruating years?

There is medication available for those floored with this, mayB keep a note of when they happen and speak to your Nurse Practitioner for advice.  As well as nose bleeds, migraines are my dread!

Yes I must keep a diary as you have suggested before I've just let the idea slide as life goes by ::)
Before iud...I would get a head ache a few days before my period now I have more severe headaches and migraines this happens every few weeks...the obvious thing is to record it definitely.
