Guidance about not stopping HRT
« on: July 03, 2024, 05:07:00 AM »

I’m due to speak to my GP tomorrow about unscheduled bleeding again (last happened last year).

Last year I was told if it happens again then I need to stop HRT before my scan but apparently there is no need now due to latest guidance.

Can someone please direct me to where I can find this so I can mention it during my call?

Thank you

Hi page 18 details the steps that should be taken instead of weaning off hrt.

Thanks Dotty...is it bullet point 2 within section 3?

Yes that’s right.

There’s probably other references to it in the 47 pages 😊.
