Hi,
I have been to see the menopause nurse today, who is lovely, I have on going symptoms and she has suggested going from 2 pumps to 3..I am abit nervous about this as I'm afraid it will make me feel worse, does anyone have experience doing this and what should I should expect??.

If your levels are too low then it should make you feel better but it will take a while to increase the levels

Thanks Dotty,
She did say to keep to the new dose for 3 months..I do tend to have a dip in anxiety every month for a few weeks..I just hope this helps with that and not makes it worse.

You could try judging a half dose so doing 2.5 for a few days and then go to 3. I have done that when upping dose. I am now on 4 pumps and feel that is right for me.

That's good advice thanks 😊, as I do tend to freak out with this kind of thing...did you have any side effects Tinkerbell after upping your dose?
