Patch to pump skin issues
« on: June 25, 2024, 02:33:19 PM »

I've switched from 100mg Everol patch to 4 pumps of gel - only a week in and feel nervous.  Skin on fingertips is becoming sore, I'm not sure if it's the change or the gel making my skin sore from rubbing it in!

Has anyone else experienced this....I'm wondering about caving and going back to patch!
Thank you

How hard do you rub?? If the skin on your arm/leg is red or sore I'd go back to a patch, if if isn't I'd give it a bit longer.

Hi - I saw something on insta about using the lid of the bottle to rub in the gel.  so squirt it on the lid and then rub into skin.  Think you'd have to do one pump at a time tho.  xxx

No skin on legs/arms not red but noticed my scalp getting very itchy again so wonder if it's not agreeing with me :(

Oh will have to do a google on how to rub in....would imagine it's quite tricky with cap?

Thank you
