Tingling and a numb toe

Hi this is weird just wondering if anyone has experience of tingling and burning sensation in toes and a numb toe

Hi I think that this is a topic occasionally mentioned on the Forum.

How is the sensation today?   How is your footwear, posture etc.?

Tingling left foot, but no numbness. I’m sure there are a number of posts on the Forum if you use the search facility.

It can result from a trapped nerve.  MayB self refer to a physio for advice?
