Forgot Vagifem for a wk - carry on as normal

Just going on hols and realised I forgot my Vagifem.  :'(

I've recently moved to 3 times a week.

When I get back, is a loading dose (2 weeks) best or will it be OK if I just do a one a day for a few days and then go back to 3 times a week?

I forgot mine for 3 weeks when I moved house, just had so much going on- when I realised I just went back to my normal dose 2 x week, seemed fine for me, but might be worth an email to your Practice Nurse?!

Don't worry, just carry on with either the two week loading dose or whatever your routine was. It all depends if any symptoms are coming back, its up to you!

If U are in the UK pop into BOOTS and buy some Gina or explain to the Pharmacist.  Years ago I forgot my ADs and I was given enough to see me through the holiday.  Otherwise depending on symptoms either do a reload of 7 nights or as necessary.

Ah thank you, I'm abroad. Didn't think to ask in a pharmacy but of course different countries have different rules for OTC!

Hopefully will be OK one way or another! :)
