Neck pain
« on: June 10, 2024, 02:21:12 PM »

Hi all newbie here :) :)

I had mirena fitted in March and have been on evorel 100mg patch. Started getting lower leg cramps advised by meno nurse to reduce mg of patch which I have done without much success. Unfortunately started to get lower neck and shoulder pain as well, seems odd all these issues since having mirena and patches, anyone else experiencing these issues or is it me going mad! Thank you all xx

:welcomemm:   not going mad at all!

As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become  lax = aches and pains  ::)

Cramp may be hormonal or it may be due to a lack of salt, have U altered your diet in the last 6 months?

How knowledgeable is your Nurse regarding HRT?  Hopefully some1 will B along soon with advice. If not do put the product names into the search box: separately : and read the threads, make notes ;-)
