My SHGB has been increasing and is now at the very very top of the range.

How do I reduce it? I'm concerned it's stopping my HRT working efficiently.

Mine went down from 130 to 99 after I started taking testosterone, was not doing anything else differently though so not sure how much it naturally varies.
