Has anybody used trazadone for sleep anxiety and depression? Did it work and did you feel more anxious on starting up?

I use it when I need it at night. It helps create drowsiness but not with getting from that light sleep state into deep sleep.

I don't take it regularly, just if I'm having a bad night. I find it makes my head a bit thick and muggy in the mornings. (Even 50mg.)
