 :welcomemm:  Suffolk lass - stick with your regime for at least 3 months - if U feel generally OK-ish with the bleed, other than the inconvenience and costs, don't try to alter too much.  The body can take a while to readjust to added replacements.

Anxiety needs dedicated treatment, i.e. anti-anxiety meds..  My GP prescribed Valium under supervision for 3 months, then I took it as necessary.  Usually the evening B4 an event that I was unable to get out of.  In more recent years Propranolol has worked well, 20mg at night to ease early morning anxiety surges.  Now I have an emergency go-2 tablet when anxiety over whelms me.  I've taken anti-depressant medications since 1988. 

Peri-menopause can make anxiety and migraines worse.
