Hi Lilyloos

I'm so glad to hear that you also have this lump/tight feeling in your throat. I feel so much better knowing someone else has it, like I said, I've never suffered from health anxiety until recently n I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, I automatically thought the worst when this feeling wasn't letting up. It's just so uncomfortable at times.

Fortunately I don't have the lump feelings but am bothered by an irritating constant clearing of throat, associated with hidden sugars: i.e. Coke and ginger really do aggravate symptoms so no longer have those.  'omeprazole' does help.

I had the lump feeling for months and like I said before m the anxiety DID NOT help,hope you all feel better soon xx
