Hi happygal
I get this a lot! Convinced it’s hormones or sinuses, but it comes and goes. Def fades when I ignore it. I usually shove some saline wash up my nose and it seems to clear it for a bit, so may be sinuses and pollen is high with us at the moment. It’s fun menopause isn’t it ?!

Sorry just seen your other thread and I also get shoulder and neck problems too, so I think it’s all connected, and stress and tenseness is probably to blame too.
Just so you know you not alone!

Thanks Les.
Glad it's not.only me.I have been using a sinus rinse this week as another problem was blocked ear.Menopause the gift which keeps giving!I don't feel stressed or anxious and my BP is normal but I think it probably is anxiety related

Yes I get this at least once a month! I think its hormones. For me it is a weird sort of cotton wool type fulness in the head, but not a feeling of pressure or light headedness. It's weird. Sometimes having a nap helps 🤣

I'm all for an afternoon nap
I get the brain-feels-slow when I move my head
and I do have a nerve in the back of my neck which makes me go 'oh!' with a kind of light headedness.
