Utrogestan dose
«

I have recently upped my oestrogen from 75mg to 100mg as a trial as I had some spare patches. It seems to be helping but I was wondering if I need a higher dose of utrogestan to go with it? Is there any guidance on this?
I am currently take utrogestan 200mg for 12 days a month. Is this sufficient?

That should be sufficient for up to 100mg.

Latest guidelines suggest 200mg per day or 300my cyclically once you move to 75mg of oestrogen or higher. However if your prescriber is happy with your current dose then that must be fine. However if you experience any heavy bleeding it would be worth having a scan to ensure the lining of the womb is not too thick.
