It is Face2Face this Friday ?  Then make a list to take with you and ask for advice directly if necessary push for a consultants appt..

When I go to the surgery I can get an appt within 2 weeks unless my problem is urgent.  U may find that the Nurse is better than speaking to a receptionist because they are bound to protocol  ::)

I know at our private hospital you can pay for consultation in installments. It's ridiculous isn't it that you can't get help
