I am just wondering if any of you have any hints and tips to help cope with and distract from VA irritation? I am constantly aware of it internally. I have just completed week 4 of Vagirux and have managed to get my GP to prescribe me Ovestin, but as I've read on here I have to be patient as it takes time to work.
