Evorel sequi

I was wondering if any one has this problem with taking evorel sequi iam fine when iam on the evoerl conti but when I change to the evorel 50 I start spotting and feel nausea is this normal I have been on them since June I was okay the first 3 months I was still having periods before I went on them they were quite heavy and spotting all the time waking up throu the night and mood swings so the my nurse recommended the patch

U can use the search box by typing in the names of the medication: individually : to read any threads that pop up.

Is the Nurse at your Surgery or a dedicated menopause clinic?

Hi Gabby. Evorel Sequi is designed to give you a monthly withdrawal bleed which usually happens a few days after you begin the new box of patches i.e. the Evorel 50 ones. Not every woman gets a bleed but the bleed is so that your womb lining will remain thin which protects it from the possibility of becoming cancerous. Have you ever had a withdrawal bleed?
